Our Mission
Kare Plan is a family run organisation. Therefore, we know how vital it is to trust someone to care for your loved ones. With our empathic team of carers and office support, we want to make a difference. Our carers are vetted, certified and fully trained in home care. Our Training School and training courses are devised for carers, families & family carers to provide information and skills that aid for our clients.
The quality of care is consistently maintained with our monitoring system. This system monitors our carers’ attendance and status to secure that care is continuously provided. Communication is key at Kare Plan. Our supervisors make planned visits to your home to confirm processes are running smoothly. We will update you on any changes to your care plan. Our helplines are open from 8am - 9pm Monday to Sunday.
