We are delighted to announce that our partnership with Health Assured has guided us to begin our Employe Assistance Programme (EAP). It is available for ALL employees of Kare Plan.
Kare Plan’s Employee Assistance Programme is an initiative to provide support for the wellbeing and mental health for staff. This new scheme offers a quick and confidential way to speak to professional therapists and advisors. They offer practical and emotional support. You can contact them for help and advice. A great aspect of the EAP is that it is anonymous. You can use this service anytime and anywhere.
With the effects of COVID 19, isolations, unable to interact & see friends & family have made life much more difficult for all of us. It has never been more important to have help and a listening ear. That’s exactly what the Employee Assistance Programme is for.
